Growth Mindset

1) How do you define yourself as a student? Do you have a more fixed mindset or a growth mindset? Are you a "now" student or a "yet..." student? 2)When watching either video, did you recognize any fixed mindset characteristics you may have, that you also want to improve upon? (for example, when watching the second video, I recognized that I do sometimes become jealous of another's success. 3) How can recognizing which mindset you have, help you become a stronger learner? 1) I think I have a more fixed mindset depending on what it is. I am a now student. I am an okay student. 2) No, I didn't notice any fixed mindset characteristics. 3) I think by recognizing your mindset can help you try different learning tactics and that can make you a stronger learner.

"What I've done" Music Video

From the video "What I've Done" i was focusing on the image of the twin tower falling. This image influences the tone of the video because it was a sad memory caused by terrorist and since the video was based on horrible events that happened, that's how this event influences the video "What I've Done".

 1) What is something you took away from the video?  2) What purpose or role do "antiques' have in our society?  3) Is there any hobbies or interests you have that might be considered "antique"?  1) A person said as a typewriter it makes you think a little more because if you make a mistake you have to take the whole paper out and start all over, and that can be frustrating sometimes.  2) One purpose or role of antiques is to let us know how things were done in the past.  3) No, I don't.

1) What is the "Truth" of "The Eye of the Beholder?" 2) How does the filmmaker reveal this? 3) What is the theme of the episode? 4) How does the filmmaker reveal this? 1) The truth in the episode of "the eye of the beholder" is that everybody is not accepted in this world and may want to change themselves. 2) The author reveals this by showing us this woman going through surgery to change her face. 3) The theme of the episode is about this woman who got face surgery. 4)  The author revealed this by starting the episode with this woman in a hospital bed, And her face all wrapped up.
