Passion is important because it's something that they like, which means it would encourage that person to work harder. 2. Passion can make you stand out because you are flourish for something you want to achieve. 3. Contingent on how bad the person wants it. They can succeed with their passion and that may help them in the future. 4. We can use our passion to understand controversy by further studying it.

Name 1-2 salient points you took away from the videos How can public speaking help us as presenters? What are some tips / strategies for slides / presentation software?      1. Always look at your audience, Speak up, so you can be heard.      2. Public speaking can help us understand what we are actually speaking on.      3. Maybe add some photo's or diagrams, just to get your point across better.

Twain's Humor

1) The essential idea of "prefatory" is introduction. 2) An example of a humorous word in this text would be " I have been a bookseller's clerk for a while, But  the customers bothered me so much i couldn't read with any comfort." 3) I think the two-sentence structures of two readings contributes to a humorous tone because i turns a regular situation into something you can laugh at. 4) I think twain takes a regular situation and turns it into something funny.

How To Build A Joke

1) Yes, I think humor can be an intentional act. I know this because I have have done this myself and I have friends who have done this too. 2)  Abbott & Costello's acts were intentional because if you notice both of them would look back at the audience to see if they were laughing or not.
